Any assets in joint names or one that names the other as beneficiary of an account, will pass to the other without probate. If the wills direct the other is to recieve the asset, the asset will go through the probate process and then be transfered to the other. Please contact me to discuss the process and retain my services 888-988-LAWS (5297) or www.johntatone.com
