Re: Harrassment from management

Ask your psychiatrist if he or she feels that your condition was significantly aggravated by actual events of employment that have caused you to experience a disability. Ask your psychiatrist if there was any pre-existing condition that led to the disabling psychiatric condition. Ask your psychiatrist if you are disabled from that particular job only or if the stress has disabled you from most all employment. Ask your psychiatrist how the disability will last. Once you receive the answers to these questions, I will be in a position to give you intelligent answers to your questions. I have been doing comp for 25 years and am very experienced in this area.
