Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

My husband was given a 24 hour period of custody for our children after the divorce. He is going to court for a 4th dwi and probation violation. If he gets house arrest of loses his license, what am I legally obligated to do for him to see the kids. I am not able to drive them to him and back, am I obligated to? Also, he is living with a new girlfriend- do I have to allow her to pick up my kids so she can take them to him? I do not feel comfortable with that.

What does your decree/order say about transportation for parenting time. if it is shared, the other parent will have to make arrangements with others for his portion of the transportation. if his girlfriend is not a danger to the children, there is no basis to disallow her from transporting the children and doing so would certainly be viewed dimmly by a court.
