Personal Contract with Employer

Can an employer have you sign a contract after you have been working for them for a few months stating that you may not date within their family otherwise you will be terminated?

Re: Personal Contract with Employer

Does "family" mean other employees? Or literally "family members"?

I would need to see policy ( and other employee manuals etc) to advise.

If you are "at will" you may be terminated at any time unless the reason is illegal. Terms of employment would therefore be allowed to change as well ( take it or leave it).
