Legal Question in Technology Law in Missouri

I have a personal network set up in my house using a wireless router. I found in my router log file that someone outside of my house has been logging into my wireless network and using my DSL service to access the internet without my permission or authorization. Is this againts the law? What steps should I take against this unathorized user. The log file only provides the mac address of the connected device and not the any detail user information.

It is illegal. However, no one is going to enforce it since it is probably due to you leaving your network unsecured and thus largely your fault. So,just secure your wireless router and this problem will disappear.
