Legal Question in Family Law in Missouri

I filed a motion of emancipation for my 18 y/o son, who is in basic training and not in college. I lost this motion. In the judgement, the facts are wrong which he based his ruling on. I need to know what I need to do next.

If it was recent. you may be able to file a Motion to Reconsider with the Judge thta rendered the decision. If not, then you may be able to appeal the decision to the next higher court. That may be the circuit court or the court of appeals. These can be tricky pleadings to draft, so you might hire an attorney to draft them for you.
