Legal Question in Employment Law in Missouri

I currently work at a restaurant in Missouri. Management, including the restaurants head manager, engage in activities after work with only certain restaurant employees invited. These employees are treated in a more friendly manner at work, always get the days and hours they want to work, and the days they want off. Is this discrimination?

popularity and unpopularity are not illegal discrimination. People are allowed to like or dislike who they want. The law resticts, and in some cases prohibits, different treatment as to workign conditions on the basis of race, religion, gender, etc. For the most part, they can work who they want when they want, as long as they do not do so for a prohibited reason or result.

Good luck
