Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

info about my house

I need to find out how much I owe on my house. It is going into foreclosure-I haven't lived there since 5-01-08, nor have I made a payment. The apartment manager where I live now (for the disabled and eldery), needs to know how much I owe to calculate my rent. The collection agency that is handling this says they send a statement on the 4th of every month, but I haven't received any yet. They refuse to send me a fax or e-mail and I don't know what to do. I only have a little time left to get this information to the manager. What should I do?

Re: info about my house

Contact the lender or the collections agent and make sure that they have a good mailing address for you. You could also ask them to send you a current statement by UPS, FedEx, or some other such service.
