First you go to law school

Then you pass the Misosuri Bar Exam

Then you start the foreclosure by calling the note due, and go on as any other attorney would. .

This can cost around $60,000, plus the loss of wages during the three years of schooling. It might be cheaper to hire counsel to do this for you. That might only cost a few hundred dollars. Not to be crass, but it might be malpractice fo ranyone to tell you the process to "act" as attorney in a foreclosure and thereby take the chance that you do not know the right way to complete each step. If someon is willign to tell you teh step-bystep process fo ryou to do this, then you shoudl get them to guarntyy their instruciton in writing, or you should count on getting sued by the eventual buyer who cannot get good title to the property, because the foreclosure whas handled wrong. If you are savvy, you might hire counsel to prepare the documents for you to use and possibly handle the sale yourself.

Good luck
