Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Missouri

I was cheated out of my mother's inheritance. My Sister was the affiant and she received money and did not give me or my siblings our share of the money, nor will she disclose any information or provide any statements or records. What does the Missouri law state regarding such instances?

You may need to hire an attorney to look into this for you. If what you say is true it may be possible to take legal action against your sister and recover whatever you are entitled to receive. If there was a probate estate, it may be that a bond was required and if there was wrongdoing you may be abletocollect on the bond. Most attorneys will require a retainer fee to get involved, but depending upon the amount of money involved and the facts it may be well worth an investment of attorney's fees on your part.
