Re: abandoment

Do you want to get child support or terminate the parental rights? Child support would be through the District Attorney family support division, a family law attorney can help you with the termination of parental rights.

I would charge you one thousand five hundred for an uncontested and if he filed a response, it would be an hourly.

Thank you for your inquiry.

I would need a little more information from you regarding what result you are attempting to achieve. If you are attempting to terminate the father's parental rights you would need to file a Motion with Family Court.

If you are attempting to obtain child support for your child you would need to contact the District Attorney's office and sumbit a report.

My office handles all family and domestic law matters. If you would like to schedule a free consultation contact my office at your convenience.
