child support

I filed a motion for child support several months a go, ant the matter has not been resolved, can I request the judge to retro it, the father has post poned going to court, is this allowed or is it up to the Judge to award me the arrears.

Usually the judge grants child support retroactive to the date the motion was filed.

Yes, the court generally goes retroactive to the date you filed the motion. If it is a paternity action, the court can go back 4 years.
