Father's right to child

Father - Not married - Child 3yrs old - Relationship breaking up - Birth certificate state childs name same as father - Fathers' parents do the majority of taking care of child since birth - What are my rights toward custody of daughter?

Father will need to get into court with a paternity petition. You should have primary custody with mother getting visitation and having to pay you child support.

If she tries to take the children, the police will not stop her and she could move to another state so you need to act quickly.
