Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

Property received in Divorce

In the final divorce papers, It states that the property in Pahrump, NV was to go to me. Property is in Ex-husband's name and he is now refusing to sign the property over to me. What are my options? Divorce was finalized in California, but I am now living in Henderson, NV.

Re: Property received in Divorce

You can file a motion in the Court granting the divorce to enforce that provision of the divorce or for an order to show cause why he should not be held in contempt. The Judge can sign the deed for him or have his clerk do so.
