Legal Question in Family Law in Nevada

How can I terminate parental rights?

My ex husband has not seen our four kids in three years, does not support them, and currently owes more than $25000 in child support that I'll probably never see. I am since remmarried, and we want to move out of state in a year or two. We live in Nevada, my ex, moved to Arizona, and is currently incarcerated until 2010. What can I do? Will a judge terminate his rights? I appreciate your help! Thanks !

Re: How can I terminate parental rights?

You can Petition To Terminate his parental right if he has not paid support nor had visitation for more than a year. You will have to serve him in prison with papers.
