moving child out of state

im married man with two small children living in nevada. I have a son with an ex girlfriend we both have joint custody, she wants to move to orlando with my son can she do that? seperating me from my son cant be right and he has his sisters septerating them cant be good to?

She has to get a court order or your written permission to move with your child.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Your ex would have to either get a Court Order or your written permission to move to Orlando. The factors the Court will look at in making this determination is if there is an actual advantage realized for the child in the new location and is it in the child's best interests.
