Step childs name change
My husband and I moved from illinois to nevada. I have a 5 yr old daughter that has her natural fathers last name. I do have full costudy and would like to change her name to my husband and I' last name how do I do this and is it very expensive?

Changing your child's last name is not a very difficult procedure. If it is something that will take place unchallenged it is something you can accomplish fairly quickly.
