Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

Sexual Abuse

I was sexually assualted in the hospital Emergency Room. Is there anything I can do? I don't know how to explain what happened except that a male nurse was inserting a foley catheter and his fingers ended up inside of me. Is there anything I can do about this? I have had many foley's inserted before and never had anything like this happen before by a male or female nurse so I know it's not a normal thing.
