What are the laws in eviction laws in New Hampshire? I need to kow what the laws are in this state I have a one year old son and my landlord is going to evict me. I was injured at work and couldn't come up with the funds. is it legal to evict a person with a young child in themiddle of winter?

Evicition is highly regulated by state statutes. You did not indicate the reason your landlord wishes to evict you or the steps he has taken to date. You have suffered a significant hardship.
