Legal Question in Administrative Law in New Jersey

I am 18 years old i am being charged with:

2c:33-15A, 33:1-81, 33:1-81.7, 33:1-81 (c)

The officer made it sound like the only thing i would have to do is pay a fine. What is the most likely outcome of this?

Your citations are a bit off, but I can state that you are charged with underage drinking and riot.

Pleading guilty is no big deal, if you already have a criminal record. If you want to continue to have no criminal record pleading guilty for "only" a fine is not a good idea.

Call me if you like.
