Legal Question in Administrative Law in New Jersey

by the way i am 19 years old I was pulled because my moms registration was suspended "i didn't not know" they found 2 open containers and one closed one in the car and they asked me if i was drinking tonight i answered honestly i took a sip they gave me my test and i passed it but they are charging me with 2c:33-15A i cant afford getting a DUI or DWI i am a pilot and working to be a fighter pilot what are my options here i passed my test and they want to charge me with a DWI i just don't understand someone please help me

An underage driver commits the dui law when he drinks an alcoholic beverage and then gets behind the wheel of a car. Actually, two laws are violated because, being underage, drinking alcohol is unlawful for an underage driver, driving a car or not. Admitting a few sips of alcohol is like saying one is only a little pregnant. You need the services of an attorney.
