What forms do I need to transfer my business into another persons name?
My question today is what form do I need to transfer my business out of my partners name and my name into my son's name. My partner has no problem with this, but I just need to know what form to purchase. Thank you

Once again, the "magic form" will solve all problems! Transferring business ownership will have tax issues, possible business liability and needs to be done right. Please, hire a good tax and business lawyer!
