being sued for creditcard debt

i have a creditcard that i havent paid in 4 years. i'm being sued. they will not accept monthly payments that i can afford the card is in my maiden name and is for $4000

i only make $100 a wk i know they can tax my wages but can they put a lein on my home if its in my husbands name only

im not sure of njs laws or can they go after my husbands wages
