Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

I don't have a record, but I did a stupid thing in New Jersery to get out an abusive relationship, which I know does not make it right, but I want to clear this up, but don't know what is my best way too.

I think as far as I know I have an outstanding warrent in New Jersery. I also put myself in a rehab because I releaspse due to everything going on in my life.

I really don't belong in jail and I really need some help, what do I do?
