where to file

for a divorce based on deseration; if i lived in one cnty when spouse left and have since moved to another cnty, in which cnty should i file my divorce? The cnty i currently reside or the cnty where desertion began? thank you

Hi:

The county where the marital residence was in is generally where the action should be filed.
