Immigration detainer

My fiance is is prison on a 3rd degree conspiracy charge & Immigration has placed a detainer

I understand he must serve for his crime but I want to stop a deportation

The detainer can be lifted but for a good cause and we have to show that he is not a flight risk and he has the ability to adjust status, ie through your marriage. Call us and we can let you know what we can do.
