Loitering ticket

i was at the sitting on the ground waiting for the train late at night when a police officer summoned me a ticket for it. he did not believe i was waiting for the train. wrote down i was blocking passenger movement, which was not true. how can i win this case.

You can demand a trial and then testify that you were waiting for a train. I would be curious to see the police report to see what the officer says about why he issued this summons.
