Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New Mexico

if i am texting somebody to their cell phone, and they do not respond to me at all, and i ask them, "do you want me to stop texting you" and they still do not respond, and i ask them this multiple times, then am i guilty of harassment if i text them again?

One would assume from the lack of response that the person you are texting doesn't want you to. So, don't. If you are worried about whether or not you are harassing them, then probably you are. Why risk a criminal charge? Why not find someone else to bother.
