Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Mexico

Rights to view a Will

Does the immediate member of a family (son) have the right to view the contents of his decreased mother's Will? The spouse of the deceased has not shown the son the Will. The father and son have the same names. Is it possible the father can present himself as benifactor when in actuality, the son is?

Re: Rights to view a Will

If a probate has not been filed in Court, then you need to hire counsel to take action to force disclosure. Please call and we can discuss alternatives. By the way, I've handled lots of probates over the last 27 years.
