As a Franchise Attorney I can only say more information is needed. Are you renting the store under a written lease? If so, what does the lease provide about this issue? You really need to consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.

Whether you have a written or Verbal lease landlord CANNOT throw you out without proper notice and a warrant of eviction signed by a judge and served by a Marshall. We have substantial experience handling these types of cases, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination.
