Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

frozen bank account

attorney has frozen bank account and my sons account. both accounts have unemployment benefits and sons account only has my name on so i can ask questions and help him with his account. i have no card associated with this account.contacted attorney and explained but will not release either bank account. please help.

Contact the court and ask how to file an order to show cause to have the account released.
