Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

Hello, i live in nyc.... I currently have 2 outstanding misdemeanor warrants in brooklyn and queens for not completing community service. These warrants have been outstanding for close to 3 years and no one has come looking for me, I have even been randomly stopped by police and these warrants pop up, but they always tell me to go take c/o them, they aren't serious. Now, i have been dealing with a female who put me as an authorized user on a few of her credit cards. She told me her parents were old and rich and would end up paying everything off after giving her hell, so I was given the ok to use it as i wanted. Every time my card was declined, she would call up and verify every single charge. I ran it up, (about $25K) and she told me it had been paid, i was free to use it again. I ran up close to another $20K, and after returning from a trip, i was unable to reach her for days. After searching some, i found she had been arrested and charged with 1 count of Identity Theft (D Felony) and 1 count of Grand Larceny 3rd degree (D Felony). Police have subsequently conducted an early morning search warrant of my residence, removed numerous items(about $4k from my top drawer, my wife's computer and iPad, several new pairs of sneaker from my shed in the backyard, sim cards and all paperwork I had pertaining to these accounts, as well as old phones and about 8-10 FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARDS WITH MY NAME ON THEM). They told my in-laws they were told I was known to carry a gun on me at all times(COMPLETELY FALSE), and that i deal in large sums of drugs(ALSO UNTRUE). They've gone to my former place of business as well as my mother's house all in the same day in search of me. Now, before i negotiate some sort of surrender, i need to know what I'm possibly surrendering to. They've only told my wife i have numerous outstanding warrants and are being very vague. My computer I used to log in to all of her accounts has not and will not be found, nor the actual phones attached to them. Thank you for your assistance

First things first: By having outstanding warrants, you've given the police grounds to pick you up and throw you in jail, regardless of whether they have probable cause to do so on the current case. Taking care of those warrants -- especially before they realize you've done so -- may invalidate a subsequent arrest, search and seizure, or statements to police, especially if they're counting on the warrants to give them PC to pick you up and bring you in for questioning. Vacating the warrants can usually be done in a day, with the right lawyer by your side. See http://www.newyorkbenchwarrant.com for more info.

Best of luck,
