Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Can you get divorced by filing a legal divorce agreement in New York state or do you still have to file

out a divorce with the agreement?

A divorce in New York requires purchase of an index number and filing the appropriate documents. There is no such legal document as a "divorce agreement."
