Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Life Insurance death benefit

I am planning on buying a life insurance policy and naming by husband as beneficary. If I die, would his ex-wife be able to sue him (and win) for any of the death benefit he would receive from this policy. They have one child in common. Thank you.
