Legal Question in Civil Litigation in New York

Hello,

I was wondering what type of legal action, if any, I have against my boyfriend who lives in my house, does not work, does not pay any of the household bills, and refuses to leave the house? I'm the sole owner of the house and he did not help with closing costs and/or down payment.
