Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

I am collecting unemployment . Worked someplace from March-April 2009 but only 3 or 4 hours a day . I said i was only working 1 day a week which I know is a no-no for unemployment but I am single and have rent. they now sent me something that says they know i worked 4 days a week and 2 of those weeks i was not even working there. i need help please tell me what to do
