Legal Question in Employment Law in New York

I am a motorcycle tech. My boss is trying to dock my pay for broken parts. I never said I broke them, he can't prove it and there was never any signed paperwork stating that employees are responsible for broken parts. Can he legally dock my pay?

Not legally, but this sort of activity occurs every day. You will have to make a decision based on your interest in keeping your job. You can report employment grievances and abuse to the New York State Department of Labor.
