Starting Visiting Nurse Agency

planning to start a Nurse Agency

by bringing Regestered nurses (10-20) from overseas such as India,Uk

Philpines etc.

what will be the requirments to be employer/owner of such a company so that nurses when go to US embassy in their country can get H-1b/H-1c Visa easily

i know nurses should have Tofel,CGFNS and police check and JOB letter.

my question is AS a employer issuing them a JOB letter what kind of qulifications and financial background one should have.
