tenant incommon divorce case

has there ever been a case that with a tic agreement that in a divorce case that 1 of the 3 parties involved refuse the sale of property to another owner?as in 2 of the 3 want to sell the 1 other owner wants to buy but there refusing to sell to her.

To sell property owned by multiple individuals, all individuals must consent to the sale. However, any one individual has the right to seek judicial partition of the property that would force the sale.
