Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York
speeding tickets
I have received 2 speeding tickets and have been convicted of them within a 18 month period. I recently received another ticket and it is still within the 18 month period. If i plead guilty my license will be revoked. I want to plead not guilty because i believe i have a legit reason for speeding. What do to insure my license will be okay ?
