Legal Question in Traffic Law in New York

I got two tickets

I recently got 2 tickets one for permitting the use of an unisuered vehical and one for permitting switched plates. I did let my friend use the plates but i didn't think he was going to take the car outta the drive way. I was just imformed that i could lose my liecense for a year. I just wanna know what i need to do now in order not to lose my liecense?

These tickets present a problem. The result depends upon where the tickets were issued and to which court they are returnable. If you call my office@ 718-834-0087 with this info I may be able to better help solve your problem.

The first thing you need to do is to enter a Plea of "NOT GUILTY" on both tickets and send them into the Court by Certified Mail, Return Reciept Requested. Be sure to keep copies, of both sides of the tickets for your records.

Next, contact an attorney in the City/Town where the tickets were issued.
