I wanted to see my grandmothers will. She died in December 2004; I was supposed to have money lefted for me & recieved nothing. How do I go about finding this Will?

If the will has been filed for probate, you can obtain a copy from the Surrogate's Court where it was filed. This would be the county in which your grandmother resided at the time of her death. I should point out that if you were named in the will you would have received notice from the party seeking to file it for probate. If the will has not been filed for probate, then you should communicate with your grandmother's lawyer.
