Legal Question in Civil Litigation in North Carolina

What Form to Use

The third party did sth. wrong to damage my family and I have evidence to sue him.

However, the 3rd party agrees to pay me the compensation in exchange of not being sued.

What legal form we could use for such an agreement?

Settlement agreement. You need to have an attorney draft this for you. It is important to protect both sides interests in this matter.
