Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

my ex left the state 8 and a half years ago and come back this year wanting to get out of his support he has not paid he now owes 17k to csea and his son he got ssi but only gets 400. a mo. he has a major mental illness so bad that his sister told me the ssi mental doc he talked to was about to have him locked up after the first time he seen him he is not safe for our son to be around and thinks we are all out to get him. he even claims that our son is not his and went for dna testing that im willing to go for but he refuses to pay support and id like to get just the money owed and drop the order and make it so he can never see our son again due to his mental health makes my son act out and grades drop my son dont want to see him as well.how can i get all this done

In Ohio, you need to go to court and get a court order that grants him no visitation or at best, supervised visitation. Secondly, if you want to force him to pay the child support, you need to bring a contempt of court action against him. If he does not pay, he could be jailed.
