Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

moving

My ex- wife moved back to Tennessee , from Ohio.She has lived here for eight months now. I want to file for shared parenting or joint custody, but the lawyer here in Tennesssee said I have to move jurisdiction, of the child support order from Ohio to Tennessee. How do I do this?

You request the court that granted your divorce for permission to change jurisdiction. This is a court procedure.
