Property

I broke up with a guy who kept personal items of mine. I have things (not personal)that I told him we could trade items he keeps agreeing but its been a year now. Please tell me what to do

There is absolutely nothing you can do in a legal fashion, except you could try to go with a replevin action (for personal property) but you do not mention value. If items are expensive you might consult an attorney in your area about the feasibility vs. costs of maintaining it.

Best bet is to work it out between yourselves or try a no-cost, community-type mediator. Church, maybe?
