Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

If spouse stopped paying child support does he still get visitation. I am residential parent and he is to have child on his days off and now is off all the time and daughter being around him that much is taking its toll. I am sure that he was fired from his job again.

In Ohio, child support payments and the right to visitation have nothing to do with each other. If your ex is not following the court's order for child support payments, then your remedy is to file a contempt of court action against him.
