Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My X wife took off with my Son when he was 8 years old and left the country with him. My son is now 23 and I heard from him for the first time ever since he was 8. I didn't know who I was talking to at first because she changed his first and last name. Do I have any rights in a civil suit against her? I have recently learned that she is back in the USA. Thanks.....Robb

In Ohio, if the divorce decree required your ex wife to provide visitation to you and she did not, then you can file a contempt of court motion with the divorce court. If you prevail you may well recover attorney fees.
