Evicting a Roommate in OHIO

My roommate has failed to pay me 3 months rent as of today. I have asked time and time again for her to get her personal belongings out of the apartment. She is not on our current lease and there is only a verbal agreement between the two of us. What legal actions can i take in order to remove her things from the property and ensure my personal belongings stay safe

You can evict her in the same waythat you could as a paying tenant. You need to file an eviction with the local Court. Best regards, Edward DiCato
