Legal Question in Employment Law in Ohio

i'm a trucking dispatcher being paid salary for 40 hours for the last year and a half. I have consistently worked 60+ hour weeks with some into the 80-90 hour range working my normal days. I have never been paid overtime. I recently found out another dispatcher was paid overtime for covering a shift and that the other terminal has been paying the same way. Should I be paid overtime and back pay for the last 1.5 years? We're all considered salaried employees....

From the facts you have stated, it appears that your employer is violating both Ohio and Federal wage and hour laws which could result in all back pay plus penalties. The analysis will need to be made whether or not you are correctly identified as an exempt or non-exempt employee. If you call me I will attempt to guide you further.
